Let’s dedicate some time here to face the yearly challenge that is coming in 2021. Well, life is a balance, with good stars, comes the troublesome ones. In Fengshui, we will try to minimise the negative afflictions that such stars can bring in each of this sector. Hence if your door or bedroom is located in this sector, it will be advisable to do some suitable remedies to minimise such afflictions.

So where are the troublesome stars located?

Star 2 – the sickness star is located in the North sector in 2021. Hence if you have persons residing in the north bedroom, do take good care of your health. If feasible, it might be good to change your room. For those who do not have such a luxury, perhaps it might be good to invest in a metal/ bronze hu-lu or the gourd. This is a traditional Fengshui placement which the gourd symbolized the container that traditional chinese medicine was brewed.

Star 5 – the misfortune star at the South-East. Placement of a 5 element pagoda is recommended. You can also decorate your house with home decorative items which are made of metal or bronze or even use colours such as white/ gold or silver in this area!

Star 3 – the argumentative star at the South-West. hhmm…. guess those who are born in the year of the Goat will be pretty quarrelsome this year haha. To counter such provocative energy, just use the POWER OF RED. Put plenty of red stuff in this area!!! Red carpet, red cushions, red ….. whatever you can find.

Finally the Star 7 – the robbery star. This star is quite strong this year as it is located in the North-West. It might be good to pre-empt the father of the house that you may somehow lose some money or items in 2021. Just be careful. To overcome this, typically we can use some carpets in blue or red or if you have been a long time reader – this is the location where i will place the blue rhinoceros and blue elephant.
